Marcus’s bowtie

Marcus Kan is known for his accessories, particularly his bowties. An enduring favourite is the gold-plated ceramic one he wore to the Elle 10th Anniversary party. After the Paper Dolls project by Christopher Lewis and I, Marcus requested that we make him a paper LED bowtie that he could wear to Ukamaku’s one year anniversary event. The result:

The mechanism built by Christopher Lewis. This small item houses the single LED, the batteries that power it and the dials that change the colour of the light. He is awesome.

House-warming gift for Jessy

Katrina is one of my dearest friends. Recently she asked me to make an apron that she could give to her friend Jessy as a house warming gift, based around one I’d made for her in the past.
